Proof Approval

A proof of your personalised artwork will be sent to you via email within 48 hours of placing your order. Please check your artwork carefully and either approve the design for printing or request any changes you would like made.

Final approval is required before production can begin. You will have up to 7 days to approve your artwork proof. If approval is not received within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled.

Fine art giclée print
Printed on museum-quality archival paper using 12 pigment inks for rich, long-lasting colour and fine detail.

Framed Prints

Framed prints are made using sustainably sourced FSC-certified wood and finished with Clarity+ acrylic glazing. This glazing is lightweight, highly durable, scratch-resistant, UV protective, and designed to resist yellowing over time.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns

All prints are made to order.

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, your order will be in production and cannot be cancelled or changed.

As each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Gift Wrap

Unframed prints are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a Violet’s Print House sticker.

Optional handwritten gift notes are available on premium textured paper.

Gift notes are available for unframed prints up to A3 and all framed print sizes.

Please Note

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting differences. Each print is carefully colour-adjusted to ensure the closest possible match to the original artwork.
