Violet’s Print House is a UK-based art print studio offering original prints, framed artwork, and personalised designs. All products are made to order and carefully produced using professional printing processes either in our home studio or through trusted production partners in the UK and internationally.

Products & Availability

All artwork is designed and produced by Violet’s Print House. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, availability may vary depending on size, framing options, and production location.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Personalised Orders

Personalised prints are made specifically for each customer.

Before production begins, a digital proof of your artwork will be sent for approval. This allows you to review the design and request any changes. We will not proceed with printing until approval has been received.

If we do not receive a response, we will send a friendly reminder. If no response is received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled to avoid unnecessary production delays.

Once approved and sent to production, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Printing & Production

Our prints are produced using high-quality archival inks on premium fine art paper selected for its colour depth, texture, and durability.Smaller print sizes are printed in our home studio using a professional giclée printer, while larger formats and international orders are fulfilled through trusted print partners in the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia.Framed prints are carefully assembled using a curated selection of materials depending on region and availability, always designed to maintain a high-quality, gallery-style finish.

Framing

We offer both UK and international framing options.

UK framed prints are produced using sustainably sourced FSC-certified wood and arrive fully assembled and ready to hang, complete with secure backing and hanging hardware.

International framed prints are produced in partnership with specialist framing studios in the US and Latvia using high-quality materials suitable for safe global delivery. Frame styles and finishes may vary slightly depending on location.

Shipping

All orders are made to order and dispatched within estimated production timeframes outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery times vary depending on product type, size, framing, and destination.

Orders may be fulfilled from our UK studio or from trusted international production partners to ensure efficient global delivery.

Once dispatched, orders are sent using tracked delivery services.

International Orders

We ship to a wide range of international destinations.

Due to evolving product safety and compliance regulations, shipping availability to certain regions (including EU/EEA countries) may be subject to change.

Where applicable, international orders may be fulfilled locally through our global production partners.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@violetsprinthouse.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Personalised items are non-returnable once approved and sent into production.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and imagery remain the intellectual property of Violet’s Print House and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission.
