Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully presented.

UK Shipping

Unframed Prints

Unframed prints are printed and dispatched using a tracked delivery service, arriving within approximately 2–4 working days.

Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Framed Prints

Framed prints require a short production time of approximately 3–5 working days before dispatch. Once completed, they are sent using a fully tracked next-day delivery service.

During busy periods, production times may occasionally be slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated if this affects your order.

International

We ship internationally to a wide range of destinations using trusted global delivery partners.

Unframed and framed prints are produced either in the UK or via our international production partners located in the US, Europe, and Australia, ensuring efficient and secure delivery worldwide.

Framing options may vary slightly depending on location to ensure safe transit and consistent quality. You can find more information on our framing page.

European Union Shipping

Due to recent changes in EU product compliance regulations (GPSR), we are currently reviewing our shipping processes for EU and EEA countries.As a result, shipping to these regions may be temporarily limited while we ensure full compliance. We hope to reopen EU shipping again in the future.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged using protective materials designed to prevent bending, creasing, or damage in transit.Framed prints are securely boxed and protected to ensure they arrive ready to hang.

Returns & Exchanges

As each print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will be happy to assist.

Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@violetsprinthouse.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
