Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We post our art prints worldwide! All orders are processed within 3-5 working days. We send orders with out tracking, but if you would like your order to be sent with tracking, please choose the express delivery option at checkout. We are now also able to send select framed print options overseas, please see our Printing & Framing Information page for more details. Please note that Royal Mail and Evri shipping times are an estimate and there can sometimes be a delay in your area. For international orders there can also be some delays at customs.
United Kingdom
We are happy to be able to offer free delivery to the United Kingdom. Orders for unframed prints up to the size of A3 are sent via Royal Mail 1st class or Evri tracked shipping . Royal Mail advises 1-2 working days for delivery, but this can be longer at busy periods. Evri advises 2-4 days.
We also offer express delivery guaranteed by 1pm if you would like your order sent with a tracking number and to arrive the next working day. Orders will need to be completed by 2pm for next day delivery, orders placed after 2pm will be received the following working day. Express delivery is charged at £7 for all print sizes.
Orders for unframed prints 40 x 50cm and larger are sent from our partnered print and frame house, the courier delivering your print may vary depending on if you order a framed print or unframed print.
Europe
We send orders for unframed prints up to the size of A3 to Europe via Royal Mail International Tracked shipping. Royal Mail advises 3-5 working days for delivery, but this can be longer at busy periods.
Shipping is charged at £7 fro A4 or smaller prints and £10 for prints larger than A4.
Orders for unframed prints that are 40 x 50cm and larger and all framed prints are shipped with our partnered print and frame house. Shipping times can vary depending on your country and can take between 3-16 days. Please get in touch if you would like to know the specific shipping time for your country by emailing info@violetsprinthouse.com
Rest of the World
We send orders for unframed prints up to the size of A3 to the rest of the world via Royal Mail Tracked shipping. Royal Mail advises 5-7 working days for delivery, but this can be longer at busy periods.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on location.

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to provide excellent quality products, however if you are unhappy with one or more of your items please contact us right away and no longer than 14 days after delivery and we will do out best to resolve any issue for you.
All our products are made to order and are framed prints, cushions and tote bags are made with our supplier, so please do take care in reading product descriptions and double checking measurements, as we are unable to refund for ordering errors.
Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and packaging. Buyers will also be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return if item has not been packaged in the same way it has been sent to you and arrives damaged. Lastly buyers will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the product is incorrect/faulty.
Your refund will be processed on the safe return of the order. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
