Last dispatch dates for deliveries in time for Christmas
For unframed print sizes up to A2, last date for shipping in time for Christmas will be:
UK - Monday 20th December
Ireland - Thursday 16th December
USA & Canada - Monday 13th December
Australia - Monday 6th December
50x70cm size prints are printed with an external print house and last date for shipping in time for Christmas will be: Monday 6th December
Framed prints are printed and framed with an external print house and last date for shipping in time for Christmas will be: Monday 13th December
We post our art prints worldwide! All orders are processed within 3-5 working days. We send orders with out tracking, but if you would like your order to be sent with tracking, please choose the express delivery option at checkout. Unfortunately at this time we can not send our framed print options overseas. Please note that Royal Mail shipping times are an estimate and there can sometimes be a delay in your area. For international orders there can also be some delays at customs.
We are happy to be able to offer free delivery to the United Kingdom. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class. Royal Mail advises 1-2 working days for delivery, but this can be longer at busy periods.
We also offer express delivery guaranteed by 1pm if you would like your order sent with a tracking number and to arrive the next working day. Orders will need to be completed by 2pm for next day delivery, orders placed after 2pm will be received the following working day. Express delivery is charged at £7 for all print sizes.
We send orders to Europe via Royal Mail International Tracked shipping. Royal Mail advises 3-5 working days for delivery, but this can be longer at busy periods.
Shipping is charged at £7 fro A4 or smaller prints and £10 for prints larger than A4.
Rest of the World
We send orders to the rest of the world via Royal Mail Tracked shipping. Royal Mail advises 5-7 working days for delivery, but this can be longer at busy periods.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on location.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to provide excellent quality products, however if you are unhappy with one or more of your items please contact us right away and no longer than 14 days after delivery and we will do out best to resolve any issue for you.
Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and packaging. Buyers will also be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return if item has not been packaged in the same way it has been sent to you and arrives damaged. Lastly buyers will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the product is incorrect/faulty.
Your refund will be processed on the safe return of the order. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
