All prints are print on-demand and therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted. I gladly except cancellations with 1 hour of purchase.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us straight and we will find a resolution.
Shipping Info
Dispatch Times:
For unframed print sizes up to A2, orders will be dispatched the next day via Royal Mail 1st class post.
50x70cm unframed prints and all framed prints are printed with an external print house and will be dispatched in 5 working days (Mon-Fri).
UK Deliveries:
All of our giclee prints are sent via Royal Mail standard 1st class.
We are pleased to be able to offer free delivery to all our UK based customers.
Royal Mail advise that their first class services can be up to 1-2 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this time frame, we advise you contact Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. To be able to re-send your order we would need to wait until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidlines (10 working days)
Deliveries outside the UK:
Our international orders that are sized A4 or smaller are sent via Royal Mail International Standard delivery. Orders larger than A4 will be sent via Royal Mail International signed/tracked delivery.
Royal Mail advise this service can take between 5 - 7 days.
Shipping prices vary per location and will be calcualted at checkout.
Packaging:
For A4 or smaller prints:
Each print is sandwiched between two sheets of acid free tissue paper and then the prints themselves are sandwiched between two pieces of board. The two boards are taped together at each of the four sides to keep the prints from moving. This is then placed inside a mail bag.
All the materials in our A4 packaging is recyclable, we use paper tape, rather than sellotape, for fixing the boards that protect the prints, the plastic mail bags are made from recycled plastic and are themselves recyclable.
For Prints larger than A4:
Each print is sandwiched between acid free tissue paper, rolled carefully and placed inside a postal tube or box ensuring the artwork arrives in perfect condition.Gift Wrap
All of our unframed prints come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper secured with our Violets Print House sticker.
We have the option to add a gift note, just enter your personal note into the gift note box on our product page. The note will be neatly handwritten on our Violets Print House gift note slips that are made from premium textured paper.
