About Violets Print House
Hello!
I'm Sabrina and I am the artist/illustrator behind Violets Print House, where I create modern, contemporary art prints for all areas of the home.
From a child I have had a love of drawing and painting. I love beautiful colour combinations and interesting textures and shape, inspired by all things colourful and shiny! And I love fashion and photography that has a magical energetic quality.
I studied fashion and interned at design houses such as Mcqueen, Erdem and Giles where I got to see and work on the most beautifully crafted and inventive show pieces, it was priceless experience and fuelled my imagination. I went on to design across high end and high street fashion.
After having my first child, I was missing being creative so when I had any spare time I found my love of drawing again. I love the creative freedom and endless possible outcomes of manipulating my paintings and illustrations through photoshop to create different layers and levels of texture and colour.
I am excited to share with you my creations and I'm looking forward to where this journey will take me.
My paintings are offered as high quality giclee prints, a form of fine art printing that displays rich intense colour and can last 100 years with the right care.
