Incorrect/ Damaged Goods


In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, or is not the item you ordered please contact info@violetsprinthouse.com attaching a photo of the problem and we will get back to you ASAP with a solution.




My order hasn't arrived


In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified time frame please contact me at info@violetsprinthouse.com. Please note that we cannot re-send orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days)




What is the cut off time of placing an order for next day delivery?


Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday selecting the next day delivery service for orders to arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm slecting the next day delivery service will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday) for next day delivery.




Custom Fees/ Import Taxes


Buyers are responible for any custom fees and import taxes which may be incurred.
