  • Incorrect/ Damaged Goods
    In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, or is not the item you ordered please contact info@violetsprinthouse.com attaching a photo of the problem and we will get back to you ASAP with a solution.
  • My order hasn't arrived
    In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified time frame please contact me at info@violetsprinthouse.com. Please allow 10 days to recieve your order at busy periods, if you have not recieved your order after this time we will send you a replacement.
  • What is the cut off time of placing an order for next day delivery?
    Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday selecting the next day delivery service for orders to arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm selecting the next day delivery service will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday) for next day delivery.
  • Custom Fees/ Import Taxes
    Buyers are responible for any custom fees and import taxes which may be incurred.
  • Do you ship Internationally
    We are a UK based business and are able to ship within the UK and countries that are not in the EU or EEA or Northern Ireland, such as the USA, Canada and Australia. Unfortunately we have had to stop shipping to the EU, EEA and Northern Ireland since the GPSR regulations came into place on the 13th December 2024.
  • Do you ship Internationally
